Bedtime is a fun time of the day (at least for you – free time is coming soon!). It’s time to relax and quiet down for the night. Several things can be used for your baby’s bedtime routine to make them relax and fall asleep faster.
Everybody loves a good book. Margaret Wise Brown wrote this award winning book over 50 years ago and it remains a favorite of children and parents today.
Board books are best for your baby since they can’t tear apart the pages like a regular book. They can grasp them better and turn the pages on their own speed while they develop their reading skills.
The bright colors and soothing word pattern will have you reading it night after night, before they can even ask you too!
A nightlight is needed in baby’s room for several reasons.
1) Mom and dad sneak peeks often and don’t want to turn on a lamp every time they check on baby.
2) A nightlight often times is enough light to change baby’s diaper in the wee hours of the morning. Without turning on a bright overhead light, it makes it easier for both parent and baby to get back to sleep!
3) If baby wakes up, there is enough light they can see their surroundings, but it is dark enough to still fall back asleep.
This nightlight has the bonus of being able to decorate with a picture!
After the book is read, set the mood with music.![]()
This CD player runs on batteries so you don’t have to worry about any cords near your baby’s crib. It also has a child proof plastic top so they can’t mess with the buttons or open the CD slot.
The CD player has a nightlight that runs when the music is playing and will shut off after it stops. Two C batteries will run the CD player for hours and hours of baby’s sleep time.
If you have a colicky baby, this is your answer. The Miracle Baby Blanket wraps baby up tight and helps calm their fussing.
The feet are stuck in two compartments in the bottom while each arm goes into a flap. A larger flap covers all three up and wraps baby warmly and securely, just like when they were in the uterus.
Being swaddled also keeps them from scratching their face and helps them to sleep quicker. Material is machine washable.
The Pre-Natal and Newborn Baby Education System CD’s are a perfect way to lull baby
into dreamland.
The 5 CD set will play hours of music that is music to you and your baby’s ears. The lullaby music is intended to use while baby is still in utero. Studies suggest babies who listen to classical music develop ways of critical thinking and are more intelligent.
Musical pieces include classical compositions, nursery rhymes and preschool songs.
